Message to Clients
The process of therapy is one of mutual effort. You have already chosen & proven that you want to better yourself; that's often the hardest step; I am proud of you! Throughout the process, I want you to advocate for yourself & know that you are the expert of your own life. If something we are doing is not jiving with you, you have questions or want to take things in a different direction, I want you to let me know!
The space we create together will always remain safe, secure & confidential - it is my job to keep your secrets! Unless you tell me you will be a harm to yourself or others, I will not report these things without your prior knowledge; understand it is also my job to keep you safe.
I hope you allow yourself to be open to all that you are about to experience & learn about yourself through these processes & our time together. I am looking forward to getting to know you, learn from you & walk alongside you through life!
