Heidi Schults
Licensed Professional Counselor
Heidi was born and raised in Wyoming and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping others live more authentically and feel connected in their lives. She believes therapy is a partnership rooted in trust, compassion, and collaboration. Her goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, valued, and supported without judgment.
Heidi understands that life can be overwhelming and that reaching out for help isn’t always easy. She works alongside clients to explore what feels heavy, uncover barriers to growth, and discover their inner strengths. Whether it’s building confidence, deepening relationships, or exploring identity, she adapts her approach to meet each person where they are. Heidi’s style is warm, down-to-earth, and empowering, encouraging growth at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.
She has experience supporting individuals through many different challenges, always honoring the uniqueness of each story. Heidi views counseling not as “fixing” someone but as walking with them as they reconnect with themselves and move toward healing, resilience, and hope.
Outside of counseling, Heidi enjoys traveling, reading, learning, playing games, and spending time with family and friends. She finds joy in connecting with others and exploring new experiences, which fuels her passion for supporting clients on their own journeys.
Heidi welcomes anyone ready to take the next step, offering compassion, encouragement, and a safe space to begin the path toward growth and self-discovery.
Message to my future clients
"I understand that reaching out for counseling can feel like a big step. It’s not always easy to ask for help, but you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, valued, and free of judgment. This is your time and your journey—I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you. Together, we can explore what feels heavy, honor your experiences, and move at a pace that feels right for you as you work toward healing, growth, and living more authentically."
