I work primarily with clients that identify with the LGBTQIA as well as those who may be struggling with substance abuse issues. I will meet you were you're at so that you can help me see what you are wanting from therapy and then together we can figure out how to address your needs and get you living your best life.
I often use a Client Centered Approach (CCA) as well as Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) Approach. However, I would say that I am Eclectic in my therapy approach. I do not believe that therapy is a "one size fits all." I believe in meeting the client where they are and figuring out what works best for them.
