Amy Frohwirth Horgan is a member of the Administrative Team at Mind of Peace and works full- time as a Paralegal in Wisconsin. With over 35 years of legal experience, she has worked in a wide range of areas, including litigation, contracts, and employment law. She also brings almost 20 years of experience in Paralegal Education, combining her passion for the law with a commitment to teaching and mentoring others.



Amy holds Master’s Degrees in both Paralegal Studies and Adult Education, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education Studies. She has earned the Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) designation from NALA in Contract Management and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was honored as Paralegal of the Year by the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin in 2017 and has served in numerous leadership roles with both the Paralegal Association of Wisconsin and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations.

In her spare time, Amy spends time with her family, grandkids, four-legged grandkids, and travels to England and Disney as much as possible.
