Guided Meditation

Join us for a calming guided meditation with Olga Moffett, a licensed therapist and member of the Mind of Peace team.

This session is designed to support you in slowing down and finding balance when life feels overwhelming. As a free gift to our community, Olga will guide you through gentle visualization and mindful breathing to release stress, quiet the mind, and nurture inner peace. Whether you’re new to meditation or already have a practice, her compassionate guidance offers a safe, supportive space to restore your energy and center your thoughts.

Take this time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—because healing begins with peace of mind, and we’re honored to share this space with you.
