Calvin was born and raised in Laramie, WY and graduated from Wyoming Technical Institute where he not only learned about cars but people. As he moved further in his career he was a sales account manager for a large tire distribution company in Montana. Seeing the crushing economic struggles which added to mental health concerns for the people of Wyoming following the oilfield collapse, Calvin became determined to help to meet the needs of the people of his community through mental health and opened Mind of Peace Counseling, LLC in 2020 with his wife, Lynette Belknap-Williams, who inspired him through her practice of therapy.
Calvin currently resides in Wheatland, WY with his wife where he manages the day to day business of Mind of Peace Counseling, LLC and curates the menagerie of pets that his wife keeps.
Lynette R. Belknap-Williams, our CCO was born and raised in Nebraska, growing up on a working cattle ranch in the sandhills. She currently resides in Wheatland, WY with her husband and a menagerie of pets that often join her therapy sessions. Lynette attended Chadron State College for her Masters Degree in Education and Community Counseling graduating with honors. Lynette has worked in nearly every facet of mental health care available in the United States, including correctional settings, acute psychiatric hospitalization, behavioral health group homes, and community counseling centers. Lynette especially enjoys working with adolescents and families, and finds trauma work, addiction and oppositional personalities her specialties. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking with them to achieve their dreams and goals. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), among others to help people accomplish their therapeutic goals. Lynette is currently developing (IQEE) Identify Question Experience and Engage therapy and doing research on the efficacy of this new approach, which has thus far yielded very promising results!

Tim Porter, was born and raised in Casper, WY where he continues to live with his bride and children. Before going back to college, he worked in the oilfields and construction industry for about 20 years combined. He attended Liberty University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology before earning a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!). Tim went back to college with the purpose of working with men, couples, and families to help families stay together. However, he finds himself regularly working alongside people from all walks of life using a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy among others. All people receive the dignity, respect, and love they deserve as human beings with Tim as their therapist. When Tim is not working, he and his family like to travel, hunt, fish, camp, play softball, and many other outdoor activities.

Lyndsey Burton MS, LPC was born and raised in Wyoming, where she has moved around that state with her Husband and Children. Lyndsey has always had a love for helping others and animals. She graduated from Walden University in 2013 with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Lyndsey has worked primarily in Corrections in both Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling; she has also provided services within the community counseling centers. She now has 10 years of counseling experience. Lyndsey enjoys working with all populations. Lyndsey specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Lyndsey is also trained in providing ASI’s (Addiction Severity Index) and ASAM Criteria. Lyndsey is passionate about helping others in need and meeting them where they are and watching her clients grow.

Kristal Mata was born and raised in Yakima, WA where she still resides with her husband and four children. Kristal attended St. Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC on a softball scholarship and was introduced to psychology and fell in love with understanding how the brain works. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2013 with her Masters of Science in Professional Counseling. Kristal has worked in many faucets in mental health counseling such as community mental health, psychiatric unit, correctional settings, and opening her own private practice. Kristal is a full-time 3rd grade teacher but still loves the opportunity to help others on their therapy journey. She utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), among others during her therapy experience. When she isn't teaching or providing therapy, Kristal enjoys time with her kids and husband. She also coaches her daughter in sports.

Ashely Bolejack resides in Carpenter, Wyoming with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys country living with 2 horses, 3 chickens, 2 cats and 4 dogs. She also loves camping with her family and finds any reason to be outdoors.
Ashely graduated from Andrews School of Medical Billing and Coding in 2020 with her degree in medical billing, and has a certificate of training from Cheyenne County Community College in Medical Billing. She also has an Associates Degree in Business Accounting from IBMC, and has been working in Medical Billing since 2009. Remote billing has been her specialty since 2016.
Ashley handles billing for the entire practice!
Amanda Loessberg, MSW, LCSW was born and raised in Flint, Michigan but has spent her adult life living all over the country (California, Arizona, and Florida). She now lives in Sheridan, WY, just south of the Montana border, which she considers her forever home.
Amanda has two teenagers, both diagnosed with Autism, whom she considers the biggest blessing in her life. She is married to a great guy from Montana and they have a black cat, English Mastiff, and golden retriever mix- all rescued animals.
Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan-Flint and earned her Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of South Dakota in 2018. She has worked in mental health since 2002.
She specializes in trauma therapy via EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing ). In addition to her passion of working with trauma survivors, she is passionate about helping special needs individuals and their care providers. Other modalities she practices are CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Mindfulness.
She enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals. One of the biggest joys in her life is helping others heal and live their best lives.
She currently practices in Wyoming and looks forward to obtaining licenses to practice therapy servicing clients in additional states.
